During a chair massage, your therapist uses her hands, elbows or other tools to stretch and place pressure on the affected tissues which in turn relieves tension and relaxes the muscles. As the muscles relax, pain is relieved, and released in the sore neck and lower back.

-We offer foot, hand, face and body Reflexology. Our primary focus is the feet. There are 7,200 nerve endings located in the foot and science has shown a direct relationship toward foot pressure and affect on different parts of the body. Reflexology works by relieving stress and clearing channels. It can help breathing, asthma, fertility, it is an aid in childbirth in fact a good reflexologist can help with most conditions.
